Exchange policy
At La’ Arthay, we carefully check all products before dispatch. However, if there is any
issue from our side, we are happy to assist as per the policy below.
1. 2-Day Reporting for Our Mistake
We offer a 2-day exchange policy in case of:
• Damaged product
• Wrong item delivered
• Missing quantity
• Size/quality mismatch from our side
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. 7-Day Exchange Policy
• Exchange is available within 7 days of receiving the product.
• You may select any product from our website (price difference must be paid, if
applicable).
• Our courier partner will arrange pickup from your address.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.
3. Unboxing Video Required
For damaged or wrong product claims, you must send:
• Order ID
• Clear photos
• Proper unboxing video (showing sealed parcel and label clearly)

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, claims for wrong/damaged/missing products will not be
accepted.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
