Welcome to La’ Arthay. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
La’ Arthay reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Order & Delivery Confirmation
If you receive an SMS or Email stating that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery notification.

Failure to inform us within 24 hours may limit our ability to investigate the issue.
3. Customer Responsibility
The customer is under an obligation to take utmost care of the products while they are in their possession.
All items included in the package must be returned in their original condition. This includes:
• Kids ethnic sets (top & bottom sets)
• Lehengas, cholis, and dupattas (if applicable)
• Gowns, frocks, and dresses
• Western wear sets (tops, bottoms, jackets, etc.)
• Any matching accessories included in the order
• Original tags, labels, and packaging
All components of the product set must be returned together.
If any item, accessory, tag, or packaging material is missing or damaged, we will not be able to proceed with a refund or exchange.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving the product.

• Order ID
• Clear photos of the product
• Proper unboxing video showing:
o Visible shipping label
o Clearly shown Order ID
o Continuous opening process
⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, La’ Arthay will not be responsible for processing any return or exchange request related to damage or missing items.
After reviewing the details, our team will provide further instructions.
5. Product Condition for Returns / Exchanges
Products must be:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags and packaging intact
If the product does not conform to the expected standard at the time of delivery, the customer must promptly notify us via email with full details.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the product is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt, La’ Arthay will not be responsible for the loss of the order or additional shipping charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
La’ Arthay shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the purchased product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
